September 2, 2004 - Loss runs for Fremont Indemnity Company are now directly available for download on the CLO website, at http://www.caclo.org/fremont.
After a brief phase-in period we will be discontinuing direct provision of loss runs from the CLO, and internet access will be the only method to obtain loss runs. The loss runs will be available with current data as supplied to us by the Insurance Guaranty Association. As we do not actually handle the claims file, we are not able to provide any information beyond open or closed status, claims payments and claims reserves.
