Aurora National Life Assurance Company has settled with the Insurance Commissioner of the State of California for $80 million in relation to the Executive Life-Credit Lyonnais litigation.

Although this settlement is firm, it has not yet been finalized. When it has been finalized, there will be a necessary court application procedure. After the the court application procedure has been completed, approximately 90 days following, a distribution of those funds will occur.

It is not known when this will occur and is impossible to determine how much each qualified policyholder will receive. Please check back to this website for periodic updates.
