ARBITRATION DECISION
On June 29, 2007, the Petition by the Insurance Commissioner of the State of California, in his capacity as conservator, rehabilitator and liquidator (the "Commissioner") of Executive Life Insurance Company ("ELIC") for entry of an Order confirming the Final Decision in the arbitration between the Cornlnissioner and Respondent National Organization of Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Associations ("NOLHGA") (the "Final Arbitration Decision"), and for entry of a Judgment in conforinity therewith, came on regularly for hearing before the Court. The Petition was duly served and filed, and all interested parties appeared through their counsel of record. The Court finds that there are no grounds for it to correct or vacate the Final Arbitration Decision, or to dismiss the proceeding. Accordingly, and good cause appearing therefor,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Final Arbitration Decision is hereby confirmed as made, and that judgment is hereby entered in conformity therewith.
