November 19, 2015 - The Court has continued the November 19, 2015 Application for Order Approving Payment of Liquidator's Expenses, Approving the Final Distribution of Assets, and Closing the Estate to December 31, 2015. The Liquidator has proposed that each claimant receive 55.39% changed from 55.42% of the original claim. The distribution is estimated to occur in early 2016.
