The Conservator has received a request for release during the public comment period of the Option 1 template. Although not required by Schedule 2.6 of the Rehabilitation Plan, the Conservator is hereby making the Option 1 template available during the public comment period. See link above.
Note that the Conservator is planning to release new versions of all three templates that include means for calculating interest due under each option as soon as feasible after the close of the public comment period on April 30, 2026.
