Linked above are new draft option templates for settlement offers under Options 1, 2, and 3, revised to include calculations for interest. The Conservator has agreed to extend the public comment period until May 8, 2025 for comments on the interest calculations only. The templates are scheduled to be finalized on May 15, 2025. Once finalized, the Conservator will publish the final templates on this website.
