The Insurance Commissioner of the State of California, as Liquidator of Professionals Prototype I Insurance Company, Ltd., has filed his final report and an application for an order approving the final report, terminating this liquidation proceeding, and discharging the Liquidator. The Commissioner's application came on for hearing in this Court on July 8, 2003. The Court has read and considered the verified final report and application, and the supporting memorandum of points and authorities. Good cause appearing therefor,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Insurance Commissioner's application is granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that:
The Final Report of the Liquidator is approved;
The Commissioner is authorized to maintain all records of Professionals Prototype for three years from the date of this order and thereafter to destroy all those records, except those records necessary for examination by the Department of Finance or other auditors of the Commissioner's books and records under
Insurance Code section 1061;
The Commissioner is authorized to take any action needed to accomplish the purpose of this Order:
The estate of Professionals Prototype Insurance Company, Ltd. shall be and is closed;
The Commissioner shall be and is discharged as Conservator and Liquidator of Professionals Prototype I Insurance Company, Ltd;
This action is dismissed.
