addition the CLO provides Special Examination
Services, with Commissioner and Board
oversight. As a fiduciary for the benefit of all

NOTICE TO ALL POLICYHOLDERS, CLAIMANTS, CREDITORS, CERTIFICATE OF CONTRIBUTION HOLDERS, SHAREHOLDERS,
AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES INTERESTED IN CRUSADER INSURANCE COMPANY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 10, 2026, the Superior Court of the City and County of Los Angeles, California entered a Liquidation Order, in the case entitled Insurance Commissioner of the State of California v. Crusader Insurance Company, Case No. 23STCP01915 ("Liquidation Order"). The effective date of the liquidation order is June 10, 2026. Pursuant to the Liquidation Order, the California Insurance Commissioner has been appointed as the statutory Liquidator of Crusader Insurance Company ("Crusader"). The Liquidation Order authorizes and empowers the Commissioner, through his Conservation & Liquidation Office, to liquidate Crusader and its assets for the benefit of Crusader's policyholders, claimants, creditors, and shareholders, as provided in Sections 1010 through 1062 of the Insurance Code of the State of California.

Crusader was found to be statutorily insolvent. This finding of insolvency triggers the various property and casualty insurance guaranty entities in those states where Crusader wrote business to begin paying covered claims to Crusader's claimants up to statutory limits. All of Crusader's business was written in California and all open claims as of June 10, 2026 will be transferred to the California Insurance Guarantee Association ("CIGA").
