The Court, after reviewing the Liquidator's Sixth Application For Order Approving Liquidator's Proposal to Disburse Assets to Certain State Guaranty Associations or Funds and the Declarations submitted in support thereof, all of which were filed directly in Department 311-CCW of the above-entitled Court and served on all parties, and the associations in and the commissioners of insurance of each of the states by certified United States First Class Mail on or before May 19, 2008, and the last day to file and serve an objection or opposition to said Application having been June 20, 2008, and no objection or opposition having been filed as of that date, ORDERS THAT:
