All claims open as of the December 3, 2018 liquidation date have now been transferred to the California Insurance Guarantee Association (CIGA). Those claims will be administered by CIGA. If you had a claim open at the time of liquidation, there is no need for you to file a Proof of Claim against Merced Property and Casualty as those claims are deemed filed by the Commissioner and the Liquidation Order.
