The Application for Order Approving an Interim Distribution of Assets to Approved Claimants and Early Access Distribution to Insurance Guaranty Associations came on regularly for hearing on May 31, 2007, before the Honorable Dzintra Janavs, judge presiding, in Department 85 of the above entitled Court.
There being no opposition to the application, and good cause appearing therefor,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
- The Insurance Commissioner as Liquidator of Paula Insurance Company shall provide for an interim distribution of assets to Class 2 non-IGA claimants in the mount of $55,830.13; and,
- The Insurance Commissioner as Liquidator of Paula Insurance Company shall provide for an early access distribution of assets to Class 2 IGA claimants in the amount of approximately $14 million; and
- The Insurance Commissioner as Idquidator of Paula Insurance Company shall take any and all action necessary to accomplish the purposes of this Order.
