The application of the Insurance Commissioner, Harry W. Low, as Liquidator of Frontier Pacific Insurance Company for an order extending the termination of license bonds having been filed with the Court accompanied by supporting papers, and it appearing that just and sufficient cause exists therefor:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT, as of December 30, 2001, the date of termination and cancellation of policies issued by Respondent set forth in paragraph 20, on page 5 of the ORDER APPOINTING COMMISSIONER AS LIQUIDATOR AND RESTRAINING ORDERS filed in this matter on November 30, 2001, is extended to January 30, 2002, at 12:01 a.m., but with respect only to those of such policies which represent surety bonds required by law to be maintained by the principal thereof as a condition to the continued effectiveness of a license or permit issued to such principal by an agency or department of the State of California or any other State. This order shall not act to extend the effectiveness of any bond beyond the expiration time set forth in the terms of such bond.
